INSURANCE
Effective June 16, 2025, Broadview Psychological Services will be in-network with most Aetna insurance plans. For all other insurance providers, services are considered out-of-network and self-pay. For all self-pay evaluations, a minimum of half of the total payment is due at the first testing session. The final payment is due before the written report is released and scheduling of the feedback session.
We accept all major credit cards, FSA, and HSA, as well as checks.

Please be advised that coverage and reimbursement depend on the terms of your individual insurance plan, including but not limited to:
If planning to seek reimbursement, it is the client’s responsibility to contact their insurance provider in advance to verify out-of-network benefits, coverage limitations, and documentation requirements.
